Exchange and Return Policy

Al-Fanous Store has developed items that help in the optimal application of exchange and return requests for products in order to ensure the complete ease of dealing between the store’s management and users.

The customer has the right to request an amendment to the order within only 24 hours of its request.
He also has the right to request a replacement within 7 days and a return within only 3 days.
If the product is damaged due to shipping and delivery to the customer, he has the right to refuse to receive the product and return it again to the store to get another product without any return shipping costs.
The same situation will be in the event of a product manufacturing defect.
In the event that the product is damaged due to the user’s opening and misuse of the product, the store rejects the request.
